Your day begins with hotel pick-up and a scenic one-hour drive to Stone Town. Once there, you will walk through Darajani Market, a lively local bazaar full of fresh produce, spices, seafood, and everyday Zanzibari life. You will then explore the historic streets and iconic landmarks that show the rich heritage of the town, including the former slave market, a powerful reminder of Zanzibar’s past.

During the tour, you will also see famous sites such as the Old Fort, the beautifully carved Zanzibar doors, and St. Joseph’s Cathedral. There is also an optional stop at the Freddie Mercury Museum, where guests can learn more about the life of the legendary singer born in Zanzibar. Entrance fees for Freddie Mercury Museum and St. Joseph’s Cathedral not included. The tour can conclude with a visit to Forodhani Gardens, a lively waterfront area perfect for sunset views.
